When the time comes to replace the roof on your condominium, townhome, or other HOA-managed property, the question can arise: \u201cDo I need HOA approval?\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If an HOA is going to have anything to do with a roof replacement project, one of the first questions they\u2019re likely to ask is how you know you need a new roof. This is a fair question, because sometimes, a roof restoration or repair can be perfectly acceptable (and less expensive). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
