To Whom it May Concern, We just wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how much we appreciated you coming out and assessing our roof, and giving us a replacement quote. We had another company tell us that our roof was missing pieces and felt showing, and it needed a new roof badly. When Brett came, he made the assessment and told us that the roof was in good condition considering its age, and had a few more years' life in it providing there was no bail, etc., done to it. HONESTY – that is a very big consideration for us to do business with any company. We really did not want to have to replace the roof at this time and this gave us the cushion to put it off for a year or two. We are retired so this type of expense does make a difference to us. While we are going to wait to replace the roof at this time, you can bet that when we are ready we will be coming to you. Dear Aaron, We were very apprehensive about the work that was involved on our 118-year-old Victorian house. From the time you first came out to assess the damage to completion of the project within the specified time frame, we were amazed at the little disruption to our daily life. It was fascinating each day watching the roof removal process proceed with unbelievable care not to damage out beautifully landscaped yard. Installation of the new roof was completed in an incredibly timely basis. When your crew finished the clean up, there was no evidence of the tremendous amount of work that had gone on that week.
