We experienced two hail storms in three years, and both times our roof was replaced by A — Z Roofing. We have previous nightmarish experiences with fly-by-nights in the roofing business. When Duane came out to go over all that we needed to do and how A to Z would handle it was very comprehensive yet done in a way that I knew what he was talking about. Plus the job went just as he said it would go. Corey was great with giving us plenty of notice on when materials would be delivered, when the crew would show up and what we needed to do to make sure we were ready for them. The crew came when we were told and were extremely conscientious they even cleaned our back patio better than we had left it as we hadn’t cleaned from the winter.

The roof looks great and everyone was wonderful to work with! Thanks again!

I just want to take a minute to thank A to Z roofing for the great job on our roof repair and new gutters. Although a relatively small job, the job was done well and on time.

I just wanted to write and let you know that I thought that your roofing team that repaired my house was top rate. Not only did the Westminster inspector tell me that they did an excellent job, but I would like to comment on how polite and respectful they were to me and my dogs, and to the neighborhood as a whole. They arrived when they said that they would, made as little disturbance as possible, worked quickly and cleaned up before they left every day.

From my initial meeting with Keith Simich and the numerous telephone calls back and forth, to the inspection from Chris, the Quality Control Manager I was treated with the up most professionalism possible. I would proudly recommend A to Z Roofing to anyone.

As of yesterday my new roof was completed by your company, with final inspection this AM by Chris. I am so pleased with the results. It updates my home. I really like the type of shingle and the color.

I want to say, starting with Bill, the workers, especially Elbert (foreman), and Chris. You should be very proud of the quality of these men. The workers kept on task, and did a great job with clean-up. Polite. Bill and Chris were great explaining things and taking the time to do so. The receptionist was helpful and polite.

Having heard some horror stories in the past concerning roofing companies, and me not having dealt with having anything done like this on my own, I was apprehensive. Although this may be an overlooked task, I feel that I must bring to your attention the outstanding customer service I received from your representative, David Erbsen. I am, of course, very delighted to have had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Erbsen about replacing my existing modified warehouse flat roof with Duro-last system. His professional and courteous attitude, expert knowledge, and patience in handling my specific issues were very important to my complete customer satisfaction.

I just wanted to write a short note to inform you at A to Z how pleased we are with the GREAT job you done on our roof. I already informed my friends and relations about how good your company is and would strongly recommend you to all I hve spoken to. The people that done the work are FIRST class. They are very courteous and professional. Not only was the job well done, but the clean up was sensational. I did have one question pertaining to the cap extending over my car-port, and they answered my question. Not only did they answer my question, but a gentleman from A to Z also looked at it and informed me as to how this type of roof operates. I guess I was used to the old 3 tab shingle system. Again, thank you for such a GREAT job done on my roof, and please inform the workers how satisfied we are with the great crew. In this day and age people like to complain, but I think people should also let others know how good their work and company is.

This letter is in regards to the excellent service received from A to Z Roofing and their stellar staff.

Keith Simich was essential from the very beginning of our housing repairs; his knowledge in both the roofing and siding was invaluable. He kept us informed and dealt directly with our insurance company. Keith fought for us to insure our home was properly taken care of.

Our house had a leak in between our siding and the drywall of an interior room from an existing leak in the roof. When Keith was call for advice on what could be done, as it was going to rain. Bill was told “Nothing, I’ll be sending a team out today to get the leak fixed”. The roof was not scheduled for an additional 2 days, but Keith wanted to ensure we did not have any additional issues. Once the roofing was complete we had numerous compliments on how nice it looked, and what a great job was done.

We would also like to personally thank the siding team as well. John Mitchell, Curt, Scott, and Jo, were also top notch. Each of them was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns.

Both teams were polite and professional, when any questions were asked, they would take the time to answer.

It was so very refreshing for us to have such an excellent experience. As the customer we did not have to deal with any trauma of trying to get service or response to any questions, or concern.

We can not say enough positive things about the level and quality of service that we received during the whole repair project. It will be our honor to use A to Z, in the future, and we will be referring A to Z to our friends and family that are in need of any type of home repairs.
