What if your estimate is higher than another we receive?
A To Z Roofing And Gutters strives to get you the best estimate the first time, but please call us, as you want to make sure you are comparing the exact same estimates.
What if I have an insurance claim?
A To Z Roofing And Gutters works with all insurance companies and will accept payments directly from them if the homeowner authorizes this.
What if your estimate is higher than my insurance claim?
A To Z Roofing And Gutters will negotiate any price differences with your insurance company and will do the work according to their set rates.
What if my insurance company issues me a partial check and will issue the rest on proof of completion?
A To Z Roofing And Gutters realizes that each insurance company is different.
If your insurance holds a portion until work is completed then we ask that you pay what you have and we will submit a final bill to the insurance company. It usually takes 7-10 business days for a check to arrive at your home.
What if my insurance company issues a check to me and my mortgage company?
A To Z Roofing And Gutters is aware that when you have a mortgage on your home, the insurance company may require a signature from them.
If this happens, we ask you to submit it to them as soon as possible due to the time involved in mailing back and forth. If this is done, you will more than likely receive it back before the job is completed. Please let the accounting staff know so there are no surprises at the time of completion.
