What if your estimate is higher than another we receive?
A To Z Roofing strives to provide you with the best estimate, the first time. If you have further questions, please call us! We are more than happy to go over aspects of the estimate with you.
What if I have an insurance claim?
A To Z Roofing works with all insurance providers. Our estimators will gladly walk you through the insurance process and help you submit all the necessary paperwork.
What if your estimate is higher than my insurance claim?
A To Z Roofing will negotiate any price differences directly with your insurance company. Most price discrepancies will be resolved prior to the installation of your new roof.
What if my insurance provider issues a partial check and will issue the rest on proof of completion?
A To Z Roofing understands that each insurance company is different.
If your provider retains a portion of your claim money until work is completed, we request that you pay what money you have received, and we will submit the final bill to your provider. Your final claim money should arrive within 7-10 business days.
A to Z Roofing does not ask for money prior to your roof installation.
What if my insurance provider issues a check to me AND my mortgage company?
A To Z Roofing is aware that when there is a mortgage on your home, the insurance provider may require a signature from your mortgage company.
In this situation, most mortgage companies have designated claim fund departments for your convenience. They will be able to provide you with all the information and documentation you will need to endorse your insurance check.
